The complex of buildings of the samovar factory and residential houses of N.I. Batashov

Located in the northeast corner of the building block, bounded by Leitessen, Demostration, Revolution and Hartulin streets, it is a relatively small two-story stone dwelling with an L-shaped plan and dimensions of 22.2 x 23.2 m. The building was built on the northeast side of the block. Its facade is decorated with a variety of eclectic decorative elements, including various stucco decorations. The volume of the house is completed by a wide profiled cornice supported by several molded consoles. The main facade has a low portico at the main entrance. Previously, there was a large balcony above it, now lost.
