The first owners of the house were the Konopatsky family, known in Tula as intelligent and educated. The original Gothic-style building was made of wood. The appearance of the building changed along with the change of owners. In 1920, a hospital was located here, then a society of writers. Having become social in the 20th century, the cultural heritage site was reconstructed, windows with stained glass windows were added, and the walls were insulated.

Первыми хозяевами дома была семья Конопацких, известная в Туле как интеллигентная и образованная. Изначально строение в готическом стиле было выполнено из дерева. Облик здания менялся вместе со сменой собственников. В 1920 году здесь располагалась лечебница, затем общество писателей. Став социальным в XX веке объект культурного наследия был реконструирован, добавлены окна с витражами, утеплены стены.
