Detailed description
On December 26, 2006, the museum-hall of fame dedicated to Vyacheslav Platonov was opened at the Volleyball Academy, where his numerous awards, medals, personal belongings and manuscripts are on display. The museum will operate on an ongoing basis, be replenished with new exhibits and is located at the Academy. The exhibits were transferred from the coach's widow, Valentina Ivanovna Platonova, to the Avtomobilist club.
