The production building of the partnership Brothers N. and V. Leontiev and Co

An industrial building with a water tower, the partnership of the brothers N. and V. Leontiev, is a monument of industrial architecture of the early 20th century in St. Petersburg. The authors of the project were civil engineer I. I. Gerasimov (1911) and architect M. E. Suntsov (1915). The only surviving fragment of the Leningrad State Machine-building Plant "Balkan". An object of cultural heritage of regional importance. Today, only the building with the water tower remains. It is located on the territory of the Premier Palace residential complex.
