Estate of S.I. Mamontov

The manor was built in 1867. It was built in the Empire style with Art Nouveau elements. The house belonged to a merchant who was known as the philanthropist and activist Savva Mamontov. And many of those who were associated with Chaliapin's work have already started working in the building. Only an outbuilding remains of the Mamontov estate. Currently, the wing is an object of cultural heritage at the federal level and is protected by the state.
