Zavodstroy House
Detailed description
The eight-storey corner house is interesting as a striking example of the change in architectural preferences in the 1930s. It was founded in the spirit of brutal constructivism. It was originally conceived by the German Hans Remmele, and completed by Dmitry Bulgakov. Above the main elements of the 2 street facades, he made large cornices with hypertrophied brackets, thereby highlighting the simplicity of other components, such as the blind parapets of long balconies. It should be noted that the creative experiment turned out.
