The courtyard of the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery was built in 1907 in the city of Moscow. Previously, there was a cemetery on the site of the farmstead, where about 100 human skeletons were later found. The courtyard building was built in the neo-Russian style with Art Nouveau elements designed by architect Ivan Kuznetsov.

Подворье Саввино-Сторожевского монастыря было построено в 1907 году в городе Москва. Ранее на месте подворья находилось кладбище, где позднее было найдено около 100 человеческих скелетов. Здание подворья было построено в неорусском стиле с элементами модерна по проекту архитектора Ивана Кузнецова.
