City estate of the Lopukhins-Volkonskys-Kiryakovs

The Lopukhins-Volkonskys-Kiryakovs urban estate is located near the Ivanov apartment building. The building was built around the 1750s. It is a three-storey brick building surrounded by a fence. The building is currently in need of renovation and is empty. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
