M.V. Frunze Military Academy

The Frunze Military Academy existed from 1918 to 1998 and was a higher military educational institution that trained colorists and officers with higher military and military-special education. In 1998, the Academy was transformed into the Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. From 1925 until 1998, the academy was named after Mikhail Vasilyevich Frunze.
