House of city primary schools
Detailed description
The house is in the Art Nouveau style combined with neo-Russian. The main facade is symmetrical. The elongated four-storey building looks bigger because the authors of the project used cross vaults and Monier vaults. The gable roof is quite high. The pediment turns into a pediment resembling the roof of an ancient Russian tower. The window and door openings are semicircular windows with multicenter lintels. Arched windows of buildings vary in size from small and narrow, loophole-like windows to large semicircular gutters. The platbands and decorative wall decorations are made in the tradition of the historical prototype of the decoration of Novgorod and Pskov churches of the XII - XV centuries.
