Panteleev Manor

The three-storey building with a basement and a mezzanine was built in 1874. At that time, Staraya Basmannaya Street was one of the main shopping streets in Moscow, so the estate was located in a favorable location and had great commercial value. Panteleev, the last owner of the estate, rebuilt the building to turn it into an apartment building. Currently, the estate is a residential building, with offices on the ground floor and apartments on the second and third floors.
