Detailed description
The Art Nouveau building was built in 1909. It is an architectural monument. The building's decor is dominated by floral motifs. In 1918, the College for the Formation of the Red Army was housed in the mansion. Today, a branch of the St. Petersburg University of the Humanities of Trade Unions is located here.
