Detailed description
The mansion, built at the beginning of the 20th century, is an example of the architectural Art Nouveau style. The project was designed by architect V.F. Valcott. The house belonged to the merchant of the first guild, Karl Alexandrovich Gutheil. It is a one-story stone building, the central part of which is pushed forward. The window openings are made in the form of arches. The central facade is decorated with stucco.
