Detailed description

The building was built in 1870-1880 and is a single architectural complex with the house of the merchant Sizov. The owner of the house was merchant Pyotr Alekseevich Konovalov, who, upon completion of construction, leased the second floor to the Siberian Commercial Bank. There was a retail store on the ground floor, but he kept a few rooms for himself. The building has arched windows, decorated with a decorated cornice.
