The abundance of the building is made up of decorative elements - galleries, loggias, pilasters, geometric ornaments, Corinthian capitals. You can notice an important detail on the walls of the house - this is a pattern in the form of crossed diamonds. At a certain angle, they resemble sea waves. The building itself is painted beige. Although there were rumors that the original painting was marble chips with mica. There are 46 apartments in the house, among which there are four-room apartments.
