Central House of the Journalist
Detailed description
The Gagarin Estate was built in 1736 for the Gagarin princes, and then transferred to the House of Printing. In 1938, it was renamed the Central House of Journalists. During the fire of 1812, the building almost completely burned down, only the facade decor and the cast-iron fence along the red line of Nikitsky Boulevard remained. Inside the building there are: a marble hall, a pink living room, a blue living room, a concert hall, a small hall, halls, a two-level cinema cafe and a cinema hall.
