The mansion was built in 1895-1899. Architect V.A.Mazyrin worked on the project of the building. The architectural appearance of the building combines the features of Art Nouveau and eclecticism, and is stylized in the neo-Moorish spirit. The headquarters of the anarchists was located here, and the poets Yesenin and Klychkov also lived at various times.

Здесь находилась штаб-квартира анархистов, а также в разное время проживали поэты Есенин и Клычков.
