Detailed description
The approximate date of construction of the mansion is considered to be 1787 for Privy Councilor A. F. Talyzin. The final appearance of the building was acquired after reconstruction in 1805, it was at this time that passages connecting the main building and outbuildings were added to the three-story house. The facade of the building has strict features, the first floor is decorated with rustication. The windows of the second and third floors are separated by square columns with pilasters. The central part is crowned with an Ionic portico with a stucco floral ornament on the pediment.
