House of cheap apartments named after E.G. Stepanova

The house of cheap apartments named after E. G. Stepanova is located near the Apartment building of P. M. Kiseleva. The building was built in 1899. It is a five-storey yellow brick building with arched windows on the three lower floors. The house has an arched entrance to the territory. Currently, the building houses the University of St. Petersburg Architectural Engineering, and experimental workshops are located in the basement. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
