The mansion of E.S. Ashekhmanova, 1910

The mansion was built in 1910. A three-storey stone mansion with a metal roof. The house has a very successful architectural design: spacious residential apartments on the first and second floors, rooms for staff in the attic. In the courtyard there are covered sheds for firewood and a neat garden. In the turret attached to the house there is a spiral hidden staircase for servants, it is very narrow and steep. In Soviet times, the house became an ordinary residential, communal house. There are legends about this house that the mistress of the house has a hiding place there.
