Detailed description
The house was built in an eclectic style in 1905 for Anna Antipova, the owner of a transportation company. Anna Evdokimovna Antipova was a 35-year-old peasant from the St. Petersburg region. Apparently, she settled on Krestovsky Island in 1911. Already in 1912, a two-story stone mansion was built on Morskoy Prospekt.
