Pavilion under the flag

The pavilion under the flag is a pavilion located in the eastern part of Elagin Island and is part of the ensemble of the Elagin Palace. The pavilion is a rotunda, inscribed in a rectangular structure. Its appearance resembles a small ancient temple. The rotunda consists of ten Doric columns, which is a variant of the canellise. The strict composition accurately conveys the aesthetics of classical architecture.
