Cottage Hut

The architectural monument of the early twentieth century belongs to the complex of buildings of Vladikavkaz merchant A.V. Lekarev. Under the supervision and design of the architect, three buildings were built on one site: a one-story cottage building "Vitusya", a two-story house "Villa Retvizan", a one-story brick wing, later named "Hut". The hut wing was the summer home of the owners of the site. It is a one-story red and yellow brick wing on a high stone base with a spacious wooden terrace. Now the former Izbushka wing is occupied by the service building of a Military sanatorium, but it is clearly visible from the street.
