Detailed description
The villa was built in 1904 for the merchant family of Lekarev. The project of the building was prepared by the master of Art Nouveau - E.B. Khodzhaev. The villa has oriental motifs in some of the windows and in the design of the main entrance.
In Kislovodsk, due to the mountainous terrain, buildings can have a different number of floors on the left and on the right.
