Dacha Vitusya
Detailed description
The building was built on the eastern slope of Krestovaya Gora, in the neoclassical style. The cottage belonged to Vladikavkaz merchant Lekarev, who eventually was transferred to the merchant's wife. The building was named "Vitusya", in honor of the merchant's daughter, Victoria. Currently, the building has been renovated and expanded, and a cafe and a small shop have been located in the building of the former Vitusya cottage for many years. The cottage has the status of a cultural heritage site.
