The Yakovenko Mansion was built in 1887. The building is designed in the Neo-Renaissance style. The two-storey building is made of brick, the walls are plastered, painted yellow. The facade of the building is decorated with floral ornaments. The window openings on the first floor are arched with wrought iron grilles and molded cashing with locks, on the second floor the windows are rectangular. There are mezzanines and turrets on the roof.
