Provincial Government

The building with the former Provincial Government is located on the corner of the street. The building occupies a large part of the avenue. The length of the facades is 57.4 and 48.1 meters. The building has a basement, the corner of the wall is rounded, and the main entrance is located here. There is a low portico above the front doors, and a stucco coat of arms is installed between the floors. A passage arch leads to the courtyard.
