Detailed description
The classic mansion housed the Tula City Police Department, headed by a police chief, until 1917. Now the building is located in a highly cultured area, between the museum and the Philharmonic Hall. In 1917, the year of the revolution, the RSDLP committee, the headquarters of the Bolsheviks, was located here. Today, the building houses the Registry Office Committee, a Culinary studio and the regional public chamber.
