Two-storey stone house, built in 1868 according to a standard design. In 1898, it was rebuilt in the eclectic style. He is known for the fact that Maxim Gorky rented an apartment in it during the 5 months of 1895-1896. Currently, shops are located on the ground floor, and residential premises are located on the second floor. It is an architectural monument. The Samara Public Library, the Half-Timbered House, and Revolution Square are located nearby.
