Bank of the Mutual Credit Society

The current building is the former mansion of the Arzhanov merchants, built in the 1890s and rebuilt in 1917. At the moment it is a cultural monument of urban planning of regional importance. The merchant specially opened buildings here at the beginning of the 20th century for the Mutual Credit Society and savings banks of the citizens of the city. Since then, the banking history of this building has survived to the present day.
