Oriental men's bath

There is an Oriental men's bathhouse in the old part of the city. In the 1970s, after its destruction, the bathhouse was reconstructed and turned into a museum facility belonging to the Derbent State Historical, Architectural and Art Museum-Reserve. It has large, deep rooms and a vaulted-domed roof built of local yellow seashell. Inside the bathhouse there are several rooms and compartments made of closely fitted massive stone blocks.
