The mansion of the merchant I.N. Demin is located near the city estate of A.K. Razumovsky. The building was built in 1895 in the neoclassical architectural style. It is a two-storey brick building with a balcony, the facade is decorated with stucco. Currently, the Ronin Investment Company is located in the building. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
