Detailed description
In the middle of the 18th century, there was a one-story tailor's house under the emperor on Morskaya Street. In 1905, architect Vasily Viktorovich Ilyashev and builder Alexander Alexandrovich Gimpel erected a completely new building. The construction lasted three years, until 1908. The walls of this building are covered with granite. Inside the house, ceramic slabs and stained-glass multicolored windows have been preserved.
