People 's Conservatory

The building is located in the very center of Nizhny Novgorod, where the National Conservatory was located from 1918 to 1921. Then, until 1931, it housed a music college. Thanks to Vasily Yulievich Viluan, an institution called the National Conservatory was opened in the city. Many famous musicians came out of the walls of this music college. Nowadays, this historic building houses various modern bars and cafes on the ground floor, and residential areas on the upper floors.
