Detailed description
The National Conservatory is located near the New Acropolis. It was located in this building in 1918-1921. The following students studied at the conservatory: Boris Andreevich Mokrousov, Nina Vladimirovna Makarova, Alexander Naumovich Tsfasman. It is a two-story brick building with arched windows on the second floor. The facade of the building is decorated with stucco. The building is currently being rented out for commercial purposes. The house is classified as a national heritage site of regional importance.
