Detailed description
It was established in 1785 in order to protect the interests of the craft class. The first floor of the building was intended for the school, the second was built for the city council itself, as well as for the savings association. As reported in one of the newspapers of that time, almost all the interior decoration of the second floor was made by artisans, and even the full-length portrait of the emperor was painted by them.
