Detailed description
The house of A. F. Ermolaev, located near Chernoprudsky Square, was built in 1840 in the style of Russian classicism. It is a two-storey building with a hip roof and Corinthian semi-columns without flutes. The Ermolaevs got the house due to the purchase of a land plot from a resident of Nizhny Novgorod after a fire in 1839.
