Apartment house of T.G. Dmitriev

The architectural structure was erected in 1890, in the eclectic style, presumably by the famous chief architect of Rostov-on-Don, Nikolai Matveevich Sokolov. Judging by the ornaments, Baroque and Renaissance decor has been added to the building's design. The main entrance is accentuated by an arched volume, canopies are flaunted on cast pillars with the appearance of columns with Corinthian capitals, the initials "TD" are highlighted in the centers of the pediment. In 1913, the house was owned by Sofia Grigorievna Ledkovskaya.
