Detailed description
The famous Soviet writer Dmitry Ilyich Petrov lived in this house. The building was built in the Soviet construction style in 1928. It is currently represented by a multi-storey residential building with a balcony system and a small upper tower building on the roof. There is also an information commemorative plaque.
