Merchant I.M. Safonov's House
Detailed description
Since 2019, the House of merchant I.M. Safonov has become an object of cultural heritage of regional significance. Previously, this building housed the 11th city women's College named after Nikolai Nekrasov.
The building is brick, consisting of two floors. The roof is multi-pitched, rectangular in shape. The room has a basement, several rooms. Architectural decor and compositional design during the construction of a house are typical for such a style as eclecticism. The main entrance is designed in the shape of an arch, as is the window above. The remaining window frames are of the usual rectangular shape. The facade is decorated with pilasters and classic decor.
