The house of the Samara merchant of the 2nd Guild P. I. Golovkin is originally a two-story building designed by the city architect L.A. Raeder in 1892. Then the building was repeatedly rebuilt and completed. At first it was an apartment building with shops and apartments for rent. The facade is decorated with decorative belts with niches and crackers, a frieze with a pattern, and parapet posts. Two windows with an arched transom and wooden tracery filling of the transom have been preserved. After the municipalization, the third floor was added.
