Kireev's Estate - S.M. Propper's apartment house and publishing house
Detailed description
At the end of the XVIII- beginning of the XIX century, this site was occupied by the aristocratic Kireev house, in 1881 an apartment building was built here. Later, the entire site was acquired by Stanislav Maximillianovich Propper, publisher of the Birzhevye Vedomosti newspaper, during which the wing was demolished. By 1910, the building that we can see today appeared here. In 2005, the building was acquired by the company and turned into an elite residential building. The redevelopment was slow.
