Apartment house of P.V. Khakhladzhev

This apartment building is located in the center between the districts of Dolomanovskaya Sloboda and Soldatskaya Sloboda of Rostov-on-Don. It belonged to a local merchant Khakhladzheva and was built in 1905 in the Art Nouveau style. In the history of the city, this building is famous for the location of the Astoria Hotel in it.
