The building of the Higher Party school
Detailed description
The building of the Higher Party School was built in 1953. The plan is an L-shaped five-storey building with a basement and a multi-pitched attic roof. The upper floors of the building are lined with light ceramic tiles, the two lower floors are made of dark rock blocks with the texture of rough stone. The facades are decorated with semi-columns and relief inserts with rosettes and garlands. There are bas-reliefs on the theme of "enlightenment" in the arched niches above the windows of the first one. Since 1996, the building has been occupied by the Rostov branch of the Customs Academy.
