Detailed description
The apartment building was built in 1910 in the fashionable neoclassical Art Nouveau style for the wealthy landowner and industrialist I. T. Trifonov. The four-storey building, where the first floor was uninhabited, was given over to commercial premises. The historic balconies are lost. It was nationalized after the revolution.
