The building, built at the turn of the 19th century by architect E.D. Tyurin, houses a two-storey office complex in the classical style. This architectural monument is an object of cultural heritage of federal significance, which is part of the complex of the "Service Courtyard of the Alexandrinsky Palace of the Neskuchnoye Estate".
