Filatov 's House

Filatov's house is located in the historical center of Samara on Molodogvardeyskaya Street, 150A and has three floors. The history of the courtyard can be traced back to 1898, when the house belonged to the philistine N.V. Filatov. At that time, there was a wooden wing and a two-story semi-stone house in the courtyard. In 1915-1918, there was already a stone house on the street, and mixed and wooden buildings in the courtyard. There are residential apartments for rent on each floor. Each apartment has an entrance from the main staircase and an exit through the kitchen to the back stairs. The apartments on the second and third floors have balconies in the living room facing the main facade and terraces on the courtyard facade. The three-storey brick building with an L-shaped plan has a yellow facade, which is not plastered. The main facade is symmetrical and has 5 axes. The doorways of the balconies are located along the central axis, and above them there are decorative tides in the form of seashells. Two balconies on the main facade have forged metal fences in the Art Nouveau style.
