The palace for the grandson of Nicholas I, Grand Duke Nicholas Nikolaevich Jr. was built in 1910-1913. The project was designed by architect A. S. Khrenov.  The building was built in the neoclassical style. 
It is a three-storey building. The corner of the building is decorated with a rotunda, the facades are porticos with triangular pediments. Not far from the palace there is a six-storey building built at the same time as the palace. It was intended for the Apartment Building of Nicholas the Younger.

Дворец для внука Николая I, Великого князя Николая Николаевича Младшего был построен в 1910-1913 годах. Проект разработан архитектором А. С. Хреновым.  Здание построено в стиле неоклассицизм. 
Представляет собой трехэтажное здание. Угол здания оформлен ротондой, фасады - портиками с треугольными фронтонами. Недалеко от дворца находится шестиэтажное здание, построенное в то же время, что и дворец. Оно было предназначено для Доходного дома Николая младшего.
