Detailed description
This Soviet-built facility is located in the central part of St. Petersburg, within walking distance from the Neva River embankment. It was built in the early 1930s for the society of former political prisoners and exiles. It is represented by a multi-storey building with a characteristic curve at one of the corners of the object.
