Apartment house of N.A. Dryagin

The building at 30 English Avenue is a four-storey stone building in the Art Nouveau style. The house was rebuilt according to the design of architect N.A.Dryagin in 1903. At that time, the house belonged to E.I.Fomina. N.A.Dryagin gave the facade features corresponding to the Art Nouveau style. We can see the decoration in the form of a woman's head under the eaves of the building, bay windows and stucco decorations.
